To check if you are already registered or to let us know about a change in your circumstances, please ring the High Peak Borough Council elections team on: 0345 129 4851.
The electoral register is prepared by the electoral registrations officer at your district or borough council.
If you are away at the time of the elections you may be able to vote by post or proxy.
If you aren’t on the Electoral Register, you will be one of the million+ UK residents who can, but won’t, have a vote.
If you are in any doubt, register again. You will receive a letter telling you if you were already registered.
Voter ID
The UK Government has introduced a requirement for voters to show photo ID when voting at a polling station.
